[Feb 2025] Drag and Drop in the Goals & Planning Panel & and Issue Type Update

You can now drag and drop top-level items in the Goals & Planning Panel to manually sort the panel. Note that manual sort is workspace-wide so everyone sees changes to the sort order.

Additionally, we've made it so that you can set Issue Types in the Zenhub web app and once your GitHub Admins set up the Issue Types in GitHub, we'll sync the changes over.
