Submit a Bug Report

Report bugs, suggest features, or disclose security vulnerabilities to the Zenhub team.

If you discover a bug or problem with the Zenhub app or extension, there are a few ways to get in touch.

1. Use the chat bot in the bottom right corner of the Zenhub web app. Say "I'd like to submit a bug report" and describe the issue. You can include attachments. This is the recommended method — the bot can automatically assist you if the issue is already known.

2. Email support@zenhub.com.

3. Post in the Zenhub Slack community.

Feature requests

To suggest new features or improvements, use the same channels above. Feedback submitted through any of these routes reaches the product team for consideration in a future release.

Reporting security vulnerabilities

To report a security vulnerability, submit a responsible disclosure to dpo@zenhub.com.

While we have historically rewarded security researchers who reported reproducible critical vulnerabilities, we do not have a formal bug bounty or reward program at this time.
