Submit a Bug Report
If you discover a bug or problem with the Zenhub app or extension, you can always submit a bug report to our team. There are a few ways to do this:
You can use the chat bot in the bottom right corner of the Zenhub webapp. Simply say, "I'd like to submit a bug report to the team" and then describe the issue you found. You can include any attachments there as well.
We recommend submitting bugs through the chat bot as it allows our bot to automatically assist you in resolving the issue if this is a known problem.
Send us an email at support@zenhub.com.

Feature Requests & New Ideas
We love hearing from you when it comes to ideas for new features, or how we can make Zenhub better! Feel free to submit your ideas and suggestions using the same systems described above. We'll make sure it reaches our product team for consideration in a future Zenhub release.
Reporting security vulnerabilities
If you discover a security vulnerability or incident, you can submit a responsible disclosure to dpo@zenhub.com.
Please note that while we have historically rewarded security researchers who have previously reported reproducible critical vulnerabilities, we do not have a formal bug bounty or reward program at this time.
